Terms of Service

Effective date: May 5, 2026  |  Postplan — Social Media Scheduling Platform

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using Postplan ("the Platform", "the Service", "we", "us", "our"). By connecting your social media accounts or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Postplan is a social media content scheduling and publishing platform designed for tourism businesses, travel agencies, tour operators, and travel content creators. The Platform enables users to schedule and automatically publish content — including images, captions, and media — to TikTok, VKontakte (VK), and Telegram channels according to a defined publishing calendar. Content is sourced from a Google Sheets content calendar configured by each user.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to tourism businesses, travel agencies, tour operators, hospitality companies, and individual travel content creators. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Authorization

To use TikTok publishing features, you must authorize the Platform through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 authentication flow. By doing so, you grant Postplan permission to publish content to your TikTok account on your behalf, strictly within the scope of permissions you approve. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts and for all content published through the Platform.

4. Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for the following authorized uses:

• Scheduling and automating the publication of original tourism and travel content to social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• Connecting a Google Sheets content calendar to drive automated publishing workflows.
• Monitoring publishing history, schedule status, and account connection health through the Platform's dashboard.
• Publishing promotional content for tours, excursions, travel packages, and related tourism services to your business's social media presence.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines, terms of service, or any applicable laws or regulations.
• Publish spam, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
• Automate any interactions other than content publication (e.g., automated follows, likes, comments, or direct messages).
• Attempt to circumvent TikTok's rate limits, API restrictions, or content policies.
• Publish content to accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair any social media platform's services or infrastructure.
• Engage in any activity that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any party.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content published through the Platform. Postplan functions as a technical intermediary and does not review, edit, endorse, or take responsibility for any content that is published. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and licenses to publish the content, and that the content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable platform policies.

7. TikTok Developer Terms Compliance

This Platform is built on TikTok's official API and operates in compliance with the TikTok API Terms of Service and TikTok's Data Privacy Guidelines . The Platform only requests the minimum permissions necessary to perform content publishing and does not access, store, or process TikTok user data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

The Platform is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that every scheduled post will be published successfully. Failures may occur due to network issues, third-party API downtime, token expiration, or other factors outside our control. Users are responsible for monitoring publishing results and taking corrective action when needed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published through the Platform remains the exclusive property of the respective user or the applicable rights holders. Postplan claims no ownership, license, or rights over any content it transmits or publishes. The Platform's underlying software, design, and infrastructure are the proprietary property of Postplan.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POSTPLAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by revoking the Platform's access to your connected accounts. Upon termination, all stored tokens and associated data will be deleted within 30 days upon written request.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties prior to pursuing any formal dispute resolution process.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
